Help Bring Farmville’s First Annual PorchFest to Life
One Saturday, September 19, music will fill the streets of Farmville during our very first PorchFest, and we’re looking for homeowners to help make it happen.
A PorchFest host opens their front porch (or front yard) for one band or musician to perform a set while neighbors and visitors stroll though town enjoying live music.
This isn’t just hosting a band. It’s helping create what we hope becomes one of Farmville’s favorite annual traditions.
Imagine families walking your neighborhood, discovering new music, supporting local businesses, and experiencing our community in a whole new way.
Your porch becomes part of the story.
What we Provide

What We Ask
- A front porch, deck, or front yard- or any other space you think is suited to an audience gathered around a performance
- Access to one electrical outlet
- A welcoming attitude
